Frequently Asked Questions
Does Naponi manage memberships or class bookings?
No. Naponi has no membership management, class booking, class timetable, turnstile / access control or membership billing. It works alongside your gym's existing membership software for the price list, tips, Wi-Fi, loyalty card and feedback.
Is Naponi paid?
The QR services and price list, tipping (0% commission), Wi-Fi card, loyalty card, Google review link and feedback are free. The only paid module is AI Menu, which adds AI features such as reading your price list from a photo and automatic translation.
How does a tip reach the trainer?
Naponi never holds the money. The member pays through the payment link or bank transfer (IBAN) set up by the gym or the trainer, and the amount goes straight to that account; only the gym's own payment provider fee may apply.
