• AI Menu: a monthly or yearly digital subscription with AI features such as menu conversion, translation, product photos and a menu assistant. Scope and quotas are shown on the pricing page.

3. Price

The total price (including taxes) and any shipping fee are shown in the order summary before payment. For subscriptions, the period fee and renewal frequency are stated clearly.

4. Payment and Delivery

• Payment: bank transfer or card via a licensed payment institution.
• Hardware: estimated time shown in the order summary after print approval and payment; shipped within 30 days at the latest.
• AI Menu: activated instantly upon payment confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• No withdrawal right for personalised printed items (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-ç).
• No withdrawal right for instantly performed digital services such as the AI Menu subscription (Art. 15/1-ğ).
• Non-personalised items may be withdrawn within 14 days of delivery by writing to [email protected].
